Mole Treatment
Moles screenings are done routinely at our practice where moles are carefully evaluated to assess their harmful potential. At Linda Woodson Dermatology, patients are also educated on ways to monitor their moles between visits. Moles that appear suspicious are often removed and sent to a pathologist for closer examination. Sometimes moles are also removed for cosmetic reasons or because they cause uncomfortable symptoms.
